Despite these facts, most power decisions within these scientific frameworks are executed by leaders who are not female. This reality is a worldwide trend for centuries and centuries. However, the passion of emerging generations has an explicit conviction of the position that we deserve in all sectors of our society.

Working in the health, education and justice sectors, researching their pains, their strengths and their convictions, it is clear that the female workforce moves the masses of the community. We are and will be the hope and engine of any society.
